Who we are

These terms are between you and Shu Shaddy, trading as WinningVariants, South Africa. Contact: support@winningvariants.com.

What we offer

Single-SKU Diagnostic Sprint · 10 hook variants in 7 days: $1,500 USD, one-time, per SKU (hero product). For skincare and supplement brands spending $15k+/mo on Meta or TikTok.
Test Pack · 3 hook variants in 5 days: $497 USD, one-time, per SKU. For brands spending $1k+/mo on Meta or TikTok. Includes ad-library hook research, a hook test plan, Meta 4:5 + TikTok 9:16 cuts, 12-month paid-social usage rights and 2 revision rounds. Any unusable render is re-made free. There is no performance guarantee on the Test Pack. Upgrade credit: the full $497 is credited toward the Sprint if you buy the Sprint within 14 days of your Test Pack purchase. The credit applies once, is not transferable, and has no cash value.
Growth: $4,500/month, up to 3 SKUs and 30 variants.

How the Sprint is delivered

Right after payment: your Whop receipt, then the intake form (5 min) at /thank-you, then an email saying your brief is coming within 24 hours.
Day 1: hook matrix PDF with 10 angles and 10 scripts, compliance-checked, sent for your approval.
Within 72 hours of brief approval: your first 3 videos.
Day 7: all 10 videos in Meta 4:5 + TikTok 9:16, captioned + clean, with .srt files, in a shared delivery folder.
With the videos: a micro-budget test plan and the kill rule (a hook under 15% 3-second hold gets cut early).
After your test (you send the Ads Manager export): a winner report ranking all 10 by 3-second hold, CTR and CPA, plus 5 iterations of the winner.

Payment

Whop is our payment processor. Prices are in US dollars. Upgrade credit: credited in full to your first Growth month if you upgrade within 30 days.

The Retention Benchmark Guarantee

If fewer than 2 of your 10 variants beat your current control ad's 3-second hold rate, we re-script and re-produce the whole batch free. Each variant needs at least 1,000 impressions on the same audience and placements as your control, and you share the Ads Manager export with us. Any unusable render gets a free re-shoot.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel before you approve the brief. Once you approve the brief and production starts, the work is covered by the guarantee above (a free re-production), not a cash refund.

AI-generated presenters

All presenters are AI-generated and labelled (platform AI label + on-screen tag). Our scripts never have a presenter claim to have used your product.

Your part

You give us accurate product information and only the claims you're allowed to make, and you approve the brief before production. Your media buyer runs the ads in your own account. We screen scripts for compliance, but the ad platforms make the final decision on what they approve.

Ownership

You get full commercial rights to every delivered ad, for paid and organic use on any platform.
