Who we are

WinningVariants is operated by Shu Shaddy, trading as WinningVariants, South Africa. Contact: support@winningvariants.com.

What we collect

Forms you send us: your store URL, work email, monthly ad-spend range, hero product, the plan you're interested in, and any calculator numbers you choose to attach.
Sprint intake (after payment): brand, store URL, hero SKU, email, your current control ad link and your Ads Manager access notes.
Things you send us later: product assets, briefs and the Ads Manager exports you share for your winner report and the guarantee.
Technical data: the page that referred you, your browser's user agent, and a shortened IP address recorded with form submissions.

How we use it

To reply to your request, deliver the work you ordered, send the emails you asked for (such as your audit, the hooks PDF and follow-ups), and keep records of what we delivered. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it for us

Whop processes payments. We don't receive your full card details.
Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
MailerLite sends our emails and stores your email address and the details you gave us.

We don't sell your information.

Advertising pixels

We may use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure our own ads, for example to count form submissions and purchases. When switched on, these tools set cookies and send event data to Meta and TikTok.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and keep business records, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@winningvariants.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email.
