Refund policy

This policy covers the Single-SKU Diagnostic Sprint · 10 hook variants in 7 days ($1,500 USD, one-time, per SKU).

The Retention Benchmark Guarantee

If fewer than 2 of your 10 variants beat your current control ad's 3-second hold rate, we re-script and re-produce the whole batch free. Each variant needs at least 1,000 impressions on the same audience and placements as your control, and you share the Ads Manager export with us. Any unusable render gets a free re-shoot.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel before you approve the brief. Once you approve the brief and production starts, the work is covered by the guarantee above (a free re-production), not a cash refund.

Upgrade credit

Credited in full to your first Growth month if you upgrade within 30 days.

How to cancel or claim

Email support@winningvariants.com from the address you paid with. To cancel, do it before you approve the brief. To claim the guarantee, attach your Ads Manager export. Payments are processed by Whop, so approved refunds are issued through Whop.

Test Pack ($497)

Full refund if you cancel before you approve the 3 scripts. After approval, the work is covered by the usable-or-we-redo-it guarantee (any unusable render is re-made free), not a cash refund. The Test Pack has no performance guarantee. Upgrade credit: the full $497 comes off the Sprint if you buy the Sprint within 14 days of your Test Pack purchase. The credit applies once and has no cash value.
